Calvary Christian Academy Families Awarded Christmas Blessing

Tears and laughter filled the room as the Calvary Christian Academy administration awarded three hardworking and dedicated families the Kaye Taylor Scholarship.

Each family was delightfully surprised to learn that they will each receive varying amounts of aid applied to their tuition bills. Courtney, a scholarship recipient and CCA mom, shared, “We really appreciate it. School is [Kelcie’s] favorite, and we’re so blessed to be here. God’s been so good. Every year it’s something different—God providing for her to be here. So, thank you.”

This Christmas Blessing was made possible because of the generous gifts given to the Kaye Taylor Scholarship Fund, a fund set up in memory of one of CCA’s first Kindergarten teachers, Kaye Taylor, who went home to be with the Lord in 2016. She had such a heart for those who needed a little help, and her husband, Ed, said that this is exactly what she would have wanted.
