Calvary Christian Academy is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Cognia. In 2023, ACSI granted CCA its prestigious Exemplary Accreditation status. This distinction, which has only been awarded to 19 other Christian schools nationwide, recognizes the school's commitment to Christian education and improvement across all its campuses.
Our Preschool Program
By choosing CCA Boynton Beach’s preschool program for your child, he/she will ultimately be invested in spiritually, challenged academically, and supported socially.
We recognize that students have varied learning styles, rates of learning, and individual interests and talents. We are committed to cultivating an engaging and inspiring learning environment that encourages students to explore the world God has created and discover their God-given talents.
Our program maintains compliance with all Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Department of Children and Families (DCF) regulations for early childhood programs. The teachers and teacher assistants at CCA Boynton Beach meet or exceed all state and Palm Beach County standards for early childhood educators.
Our Pre-K programs are organized based on the child's age of the current school year.
- Children must be two years old to be eligible for Pre-K2.
- Children who are toilet-trained and are three years old before September 1 are eligible for Pre-K3.
- Children who are toilet-trained and turn four years old before September 1 are eligible for Pre-K4/VPK.

Curriculum
In our Pre-K classrooms, the A Beka Book curriculum and The Creative Curriculum are used in conjunction with thematic learning units and in-house field trips to engage students’ minds with a biblical worldview.
A Beka Book — Beautifully illustrated and imaginatively written, A Beka Book is a comprehensive curriculum that promotes godly character while reinforcing pre-writing, reading, and math skills.
The Creative Curriculum — A research-based, age-appropriate approach is challenging, engaging, culturally and linguistically responsive, and promotes positive outcomes for children. This curriculum also helps teachers adapt to each child’s learning strengths.
Our Director
Monica Cosenza has over 16 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, holds a Director's Credential in Florida, and has served in various roles such as Lead Teacher, Summer Camp Director, and Assistant Director. As a mother and teacher, she believes in the importance of Early Childhood Education for children's success and their holistic development. Her goal is to provide high-quality care and education to children and families at CCABB while following God's purpose.
